Score first-round interviews with Twin Cities Banking Partners and thrive at a job you love with digital literacy and customer service certifications and leadership training. You will also learn PPL’s unique curriculum, centered on discovering your strengths and using them to thrive in your new work place. If you're ready for a career in a stable industry with opportunities for growth, join the BAT program starting Feb 8th! Classes run M-Th 9am-12pm in an online format. MUST FINISH ENROLLMENT BY JANUARY 28TH.

Meet Career Specialist Tacita Gonzalez

As a career specialist for PPL, Tacita Gonzalez leads the Banking, Advisors, and Tellers training program. Tacita uses what she learned over 10 years in banking to support PPL participants who want to start a banking career. Throughout the program, she provides one-on-one support to all participants, so they can step with confidence into their new career.

About the Program

What jobs will I be prepared for?

This program prepares you to get started in your banking career as a teller, personal banker, or call center representative, entry level positions that can lead to future roles such as private banker or financial advisor.

What skills and certifications will I obtain?

You will receive resume coaching, career advancement and life coaching, and will complete StrengthsFinder work.  You will also receive customer service training, earning the NRF customer service certification. You will graduate feeling confident in your professionalism and ability to navigate workplace culture and will be ready to launch your banking career.

What other opportunities are included?

You'll benefit from personal mentorship and job interviewing feedback from the bank managers who partner with us. Upon graduation, you'll interview with one of our employer partners: US Bank, Wells Fargo, MidWest One, TCF/Huntington, Ameriprise, and more.

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legal to work in the United States
  • Proficient math and reading skills
  • 18+ months of customer service preferred
