Qualifications for Participation
- Must be a Hennepin County Resident
- Posses a High school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Legal to work in the United States
- Digital Proficiency/Typing Tests Required
- 12 months customer service experience, can be unpaid. OR 6 month of experience in customer service and experience w/ computers
- Microsoft Word, Excel and Information Literacy Digital Assesments
- Proficient Math and Reading Skills
