Housing Criteria

What is Supportive Housing?

Supportive Housing units are reserved for individuals and families with the greatest need—those who face complex challenges, including homelessness, a disability, chemical dependency, or a criminal background.

PPL provides rent subsidies and support services to help youth and adults restore self-reliance and pride.  Learn more about our service approach.

If you need supportive housing, please contact your county.

Eligibility for Supportive Housing units is determined by Ramsey and Hennepin’s Coordinated Entry Programs. All of our supportive housing residents come from a county referral.
